Refund policy


At DROOL, we bake our cookies fresh to order and take pride in their quality. Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been delivered.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns
If something isn’t right - whether your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect - please email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes. Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
After dispatch, delivery is in the hands of the courier. While we can’t take responsibility for delays, if your order is lost in transit we’ll liaise with the courier to try to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued.
