Shipping policy

At Drool, we’re committed to getting your freshly baked treats to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
International shipping is not yet available (please reach out for details).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been baked, packed, and dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information (where applicable).

3. Delivery Options & Costs

UK Mainland (Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Delivery): £5

Other UK destinations: Shipped via Royal Mail 24–48hr Tracked Service.

Dispatch Days: Wednesday.
Orders must be placed by 5pm the evening before the chosen dispatch day.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers or external factors are unfortunately outside of our control.
Express delivery may be available for urgent orders at an additional charge.

4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Once an order has left our bakery, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first. If further help is needed, email us at hey@storyofdrool.com and we’ll do our best to support you.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect addressing, additional shipping fees will be required to resend it.

6. Perishable Goods & Customer Responsibility

As our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that are delayed, left outside, or undelivered due to incorrect address details.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.
